Although many philosophy papers and preprints are
now available on the web, they are difficult to find and there is no easy way to know when
new ones appear. The purpose of this directory is to make such information available, by
providing a central location where authors can register their on-line papers easily.
Others can check here to see what is available, without having to look through other
people's websites themselves. This is primarily a page of links that point to papers
available elsewhere and no papers are stored locally.
