Philosophia Africana publishes peer-reviewed academic philosophical or interdisciplinary works that explore, inclusively, the pluralistic experiences of Africa and the Black Diaspora from both universal and comparative points of view. We also selectively publish original or critical interpretations of creative and artistic works that reveal vibrant intellectual cultures of modern Africa, the Black Diaspora traditions, and pluralistic, universally inclusive, systems of thought in the Americas, England, and Europe.
Journal on African Philosophy is an electronic journal sponsored by the International Society for African Philosophy and Studies (ISAPS) and published by Africa Resource Center, Inc. The Society was founded in 1995 at an inaugural conference held at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica.
